President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, has congratulated the Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba (Dr.) Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, Okukenu IV on his 20th coronation anniversary.
In a personal letter to the Egba apex monarch, Tinubu recalled the joy and excitement that wafted through the entire Egbaland following Oba Gbadebo's inauguration in 2005.
While thanking the Egba prominent traditional ruler for his exemplary leadership and maturity, Tinubu added that the excitement is still being felt till today across Yorubaland.
" Your dedication to fostering peace and harmony in Egbaland as well as promoting Egba cultural heritage and development sets you apart as a monarch ofgreat repute".
Tinubu, who is the Aare-Ago (Field Marshall) of Egbaland said the Egba as a people had witnessed phenomenal growth and progress in the two decades of Oba Gbadebo's reign.
" Your impactful and visionary leadership along with your strong commitment to unity and stability in Egbaland have proven helpful to successive administrations in Ogun State".
"In your time, Egbaland has become a home for all where people from all walks of life converge and prosper". The President wished the monarch good health, increased wisdom and more years on the throne of his forebears.
